Is anything customizable, such as color or fabric type?
Unfortunately, no. There are a number of products that come in different fabrics and colors. Please use the drop-down and the item you’re interested in to ensure you are selecting the fabric type and or color of your preference.
SHIPPING
How long should I expect shipping to take?
Shipping varies, however, if you have larger pieces of furniture, this is handled by a partner freight handling company to ensure proper handling and delivery. Sometimes this can take one to four weeks, depending on your delivery destination.
How should I expect my order to be delivered?
Larger items such as furniture are delivered by our partner freight handler. This ensures proper handling and delivery of your new purchase.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Yes, however, please be advised that any order that is canceled or returned is subject to up to a 25% restocking fee, and possibly the delivery/handling fee for the freight handler.

WARRANTY, CLAIMS, REPAIR & REPLACEMENT
Our products include a 30 day warranty solely covering factory defects. When filing warranty claims, clear photos must be sent to support@itsbrandedbydesign.com for review prior to determination made by Branded By Design. All original packaging and contents must be kept in tact for claims processing. Customers are responsible to ensure that all ordered merchandise will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. Branded By Design nor its vendor partner(s) is not responsible for any damage caused during delivery. NOTE: No exceptions or replacement will be issued for broken glass or marble under any circumstances. Replacement parts are available upon request, within the warranty period. Dealer is responsible to make every effort to repair an item before credit or replacement is issued. As with any handmade furniture, some variations in finish, symmetry, and design are normal and not considered defects. Natural cracks in wood ("checking") is normal and not considered a defect. Product dimensions listed on our website are the closest possible approximate and minor variations are considered normal. We cannot guarantee that the color (dye lot) of product(s) purchased will be exactly the same as shown at a dealer or of previously purchased product(s). The color (dye lot) of fabrics & [faux] leathers may vary from one batch to the next due to the nature of the commercial dying process.
RETURNS
For any returns, an RMA request must first be submitted to support@itsbrandedbydesign.com. Return requests must be received within 30 days of your original purchase date. Upon receipt of your request, all information will be reviewed and further instruction will be provided upon issuance of an RMA. Any merchandise received for return or exchange must be in 100% brand new, factory sealed condition, with all original packaging and contents intact. Customer is responsible for full return shipping cost. Your return will be processed upon receipt at our returns facility and a refund will be issued (less shipping costs) to a Branded Gift Card. We will not be able to issue a refund for any merchandise received in damaged condition, as it will be your responsibility to file a freight claim with your carrier for reimbursement (we will provide photos of the condition in which your return is received, along with shipping label(s) adhered to packaging). All processed returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order cancellations must take place prior to shipment/carrier pickup. If an order is canceled while in transit, the customer is responsible for full outbound & return shipping cost. Your return will be processed upon receipt at our returns facility, and subject to a 25% restocking fee.Any transit times provided are estimates which are not guaranteed delivery dates and subject to shipping carriers ability to deliver, varying based on each carrier's availability and delivery frequency to the shipping address of each order. Shipping carriers will normally contact the delivery phone number provided 1-2 days prior to arrival in order to schedule a delivery date and estimated time window.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Branded By Design nor its vendor(s) is liable for special, punitive, incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly arising from our products, handling or use of any goods, or from any other cause Further, in no event shall Branded By Design nor its vendor(s) be liable for any damages or other amounts for any reason whatsoever in excess of the purchase price of the goods. Manufacturer's liability may be further limited, as per the terms of the Manufacturer's warranty. Any claim by Buyer or Agent with reference to the goods sold by Branded By Design nor its vendor(s) shall be deemed waived by Buyer and/or Agent unless submitted to Branded By Design, as applicable, in writing, within thirty (30) days from the date Buyer and/or Agent discovered, or should have discovered, any claimed breach.Terms and Conditions are subject to modification or change without prior notice.

SHIPPING
Furniture Pipeline fulfills domestic and international orders for shipping within 48 business hours (excluding holidays, please see holiday schedule) from receipt of orders, with the exception of RO's (Rushed Orders/Same Day Shipping). An RO order & all associated information, must be provided by 11:59 AM EST if shipping via FedEx or 1:59 PM EST via UPS. Please note, Furniture Pipeline does not ship via USPS or any other carrier besides FedEx and UPS. All orders are shipped from our facility located in Paterson, NJ.
BACK ORDERS
In the event the product is available for pre-order, the customer will be advised of an estimated lead time for the given back order(s). Branded By Design will communicate order lead times and cancellations.
RETURNS & WARRANTY CLAIMS
Furniture Pipeline does not accept any returns or exchanges. In the event an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact Branded By Design within 3 business days (business days do not include Holidays, Friday after 4 PM EST, Saturday, or Sundays) of product delivery. Furniture Pipeline will either repair or replace the damaged item at their cost including associated return shipping costs To receive a full refund for any warranty, all item(s) must be: (A) in new/unused condition and (B) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (C) returned within 14 days from the time an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been provided by a Branded By Design. All returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchased price of the item(s). Furniture Pipeline nor Branded By Design does not cover any BRA return shipping charges.

For returning a product, please contact us within 14 days from the day that you received your order. You will then have additional 7 days to have the product returned to us from the moment of its approval.We will accept a return as long as all merchandise is in the original packaging and received back in the condition in which it shipped.RMA number must be assigned and we request tracking information in advance.Refunds for the order will be upon receipt of the item and not before and will be available as a Branded By Design gift card.Return policy does not apply to: clearance items, special orders, custom orders.

We are in no way affilited with these vendors, and have no liability or responsibiity with delivery issues.
